Maersk Line med i ny informationsportal

Maersk Line synes ikke at rederiet får nok anerkendelse for den betydning, rederiets aktiviteter har for mange menneskers dagligdag. Derfor er Maersk nu gået sammen med andre store containerrederier om en ny informationsportal.

The Container Shipping Information Service er navnet på den nye internetportal, der fra i dag skal slå på tromme for containerrederiernes fortræffeligheder.

Containerrederierne vil benytte portalen til at fortælle om, hvilken betydning containerskibene har for, at folk kan leve det liv de ønsker i en moderne verden.

Portalen vil også være stedet, hvor containerrederierne redegør for deres holdning til aktuelle emner son f.eks. miljø, globalisering og sikkerhed.

Portalen er et led i en stort anlagt informationskampagne, der skal øge befolkningernes viden om og forståelse for containerrederierne.
