The aim of this course is to provide you with the knowledge to identify, prevent, and manage dropped objects in the workplace, ensuring a safer environment for yourself and others. The course also supports safe work practices in line with OSHA's requirements for workplace safety.

The course includes information on the prevention and awareness of strokes. Also covering the symptoms of a stroke and how you can help if you recognize that someone is having a stroke.

The aim of the Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety and Hull Integrity section of this course is to provide the mandatory level of knowledge required for all Masters, Chief Engineer Officers, Chief Mates, Second Engineer Officers and persons assigned immediate responsibility for embarking and disembarking passengers, for loading, discharging, or securing cargo, or for closing hull openings on board RO-RO passenger ships.

The aim of this course is to educate about the common causes of back injuries and outline preventative and reactive measures that can be taken to avoid them.
