Fredag lykkedes det J. A. Rederiet at hæve trawleren Synne, der sank den 12. juni fem sømil vest for Hirtshals. Bjærgningen lykkedes i tredje forsøg, efter at trawleren i første forsøg gik til bunds igen, og andet forsøg måtte opgives gå grund af for stærk strøm.
