Maersk Training på opkøb i Norge

Maersk Training, der er en del af A.P. Møller-Maersk, har overtaget den norske virksomhed ResQ, der driver fem centre i Norge der arrangerer sikkerhedskurser for offshoreindustrien. Selskabet har 67 fastansatte medarbejdere.

Siden 2019 har ResQ fungeret som underleverandør til Maersk Training.

“Der er et voksende marked indenfor bæredygtig energi i Nordsøen, hvor der frem til 2030 vil blive rejst havvindmølleparker nye vindmølleparker med en samlet effekt på 65 gigawatt – og 150 gigawatt inden 2050”, siger David Skov, CEO i Maersk Training.

Handlen har en værdi på godt 26 millioner dollar.

Maersk Training blev etableret som en selvstændig virksomhed del A.P. Møller-Maersk i 1978. Selskabet har mere end 300 ansatte.
