4.900 krydstogtturister i Kalundborg

Søndag ankommer godt 4.900 krydstogtgæster til Kalundborg Havn med det store krydstogtskib AIDAnova. Det er cirka 1.000 gæster mere end første gang skibet anløb Kalundborg. Sidst på sommeren kommer krydstogtskibet igen.

Langt de fleste krydstogtgæster vælger at tage ud på egen hånd i Kalundborg, mens 800 tager på forudbestilte ture til København, Trelleborg, Roskilde og lokale guidede ture i Kalundborg.

”Desværre har størstedelen af butikkerne i gågaden valgt at holde lukket. Vi er dog meget glade for dem, som har valgt at holde åbent, og selvfølgelig har alle cafeer og restauranter m.v. åbent”, siger Michael Larsen, der er salgschef og krydstogtansvarlig hos Kalundborg Havn.

Hele dagen vil 10 shuttlebusser køre i fast rutefart mellem havnekajen og torvet. Herudover kører der to shuttlebusser mellem torvet og Røsnæs med stop ved Dyrehøj Vingård, Naturskolen og parkeringspladsen ved Røsnæs Fyr.

Ved Røsnæs Fyr vil der være tilbud om guidede vandreture for gæsterne, der tager derud, og i busserne mod Røsnæs vil der være frivillige, som fortæller, hvad gæsterne kan opleve ved de forskellige stop.

Kalundborg Søfartsmuseum holder ligeledes åbent hele dagen.
