Rusland vil ikke acceptere olie-prisloft

EU og nu også G7-landene og Australien indfører fra mandag et prisloft på 60 dollar/tønde for russisk råolie for at presse Ruslands indtægter og dermed mulighed for at finansiere krigen i Ukraine. Men Rusland har lørdag meldt ud, at man “ikke vil acceptere” prisloftet.

EU´s prisloft, der lørdag også fik tilslutning fra G7-landene og Australien betyder, at ikke EU-lande fortsat kan importere søtransporteret olie fra Rusland, men forbyder rederier og forsikringsselskaber at håndtere laster af russisk råolie, hvis der er betalt mere end 60 dollar/tønde.for den.

“Vi vil ikke acceptere dette loft,” sagde Kreml-talsmanden Dmitry Peskov til nyhedsbureauet RIA. Han tilføjede, at Rusland nu vil gennemføre en hurtig analyse af aftalen og derefter komme med en reaktion.

Men Rusland har gentagne gange sagt, at man ikke vil levere olie til lande, der tilslutter sig prisloftet. Et synspunkt, der blev gentaget i et opslag på de sociale medier lørdag af den russiske ambassadør Mikhail Olyanov, der håndterer internationale organisationer i Wien.

“Startende i år skal Europa leve uden russisk olie,” sagde han.

Formålet med prisloftet er at presse Ruslands indtægter fra olieeksport, men samtidig holde den globale olieforsyning på et stabilt niveau. Russisk råolie blev ifølge Reuters fredag handlet til 67 dollar/tønde.
