Stor forhåndsinteresse for Hafnia-notering

Mere end 130 investorer har forpligtet sit til at købe aktier for 230 mio. dollar, når Hafnia går på børsen i Oslo på fredag. Dermed kunne selskabet lukke for forhåndssalget i mandags.

Forhåndsprisen på aktierne blev sat til 25,45 nkr. pr. aktie og det tiltrak altså hurtigt investorer nok til at lukke forhåndssalget. Der er dels tale om godt 27 mio. nye aktier, dels aktier, der sættes til salg af eksisterende aktionærer, herunder B&W Group og en lang række private equity fonde.

Samlet set er der forhåndsreserveret godt 83 mio. aktier til en samlet pris på 230 mio. dollar.

Hafnia vil benytte kapitalindsprøjtningen til finansering af to nye MR-skibe, tilbagebetaling af lån og til udbygning af rederiets arbejdskapital.
