Key Responsibilities

Utilize your expertise to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying clients and attracting talent within the maritime sector to building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, staying informed on industry trends, and collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service.

Professional Competencies

• Experience in maritime recruitment or a related field, with an understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Danish and English, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing IT tools and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
