If you have experience or a strong understanding of vessel fuel consumption, hull performance, and operational patterns, and are motivated by a complex environment with many external stakeholders, we want to hear from you!
In collaboration with MARPRO Group, Unifeeder A/S is looking for a proactive and driven individual who can challenge and influence without formal authority.
Working in the Fleet Department at Unifeeder
As a Vessel Performance Specialist in the Fleet Department, you will monitor and improve vessel fuel and operational performance across our fleet.
Your efforts will help reduce fuel consumption and emissions, enabling data-driven decisions and ensuring compliance with efficiency targets.
The most sustainable fuel is the one you never need to use — and that mindset drives much of what we do in our team.
You will be joining a team of six diverse colleagues, ranging in age and backgrounds, all committed to a supportive team spirit, open collaboration, and constructive challenges.
We value trust, humor, and professional curiosity — and we take pride in contributing actively to Unifeeder’s sustainability goals through smarter operations and continuous performance improvements.
The team collaborate closely with colleagues in Bunker Procurement, Operations, Stowage, and Capacity Management, as well as with vessel owners, technical managers, and brokers, to enhance vessel efficiency.
The preferred location for this position is at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. However, for the right candidate, a hybrid work model or working out of one of our local offices (e.g., Hamburg) can be arranged. Some travel is expected (approximately 15-20 days annually).
You will be part of Unifeeder’s Fleet Management department, reporting to Christian Jurlander, Head of Global Fleet Optimization.
