Engaged and Outgoing Full-time Instructor

We are experiencing an increasing demand for our services, and therefore we are looking for colleagues with a background in electricity and industry experience within the wind turbine sector to conduct training for our customers in both English and German.

Responsibilities

With reference to our team leader, you will be responsible for teaching within your area of expertise as an instructor, where your primary tasks will be:

• Teaching as an instructor in our safety courses
• On-site training with customers in customer-specific elements

Common to the tasks is that you will be the spokesperson for our values and the face of RelyOn Nutec externally. Therefore, it is important that you can identify with our values, while you thrive in the role of instructor and enjoy teaching. Your success in the position will be positive course evaluations that meet our customers' expectations, which is why it is important that you approach evaluations constructively.

Service-minded Instructor with good overview

We are looking for a self-driven and service-oriented instructor who is driven by delivering quality teaching for our customers. We constantly strive to be the industry's preferred supplier of safety training, and therefore it is important that you are adaptable and have an eye for tailoring the teaching to our customers' needs. At the same time, you must have good cooperation and communication skills in your approach to both tasks and relationships, which result in helpfulness and proactivity.

We imagine that you match one or more of the following backgrounds:

• Have an education within electricity
• Have a background within the wind turbine industry
• Can speak German and English

Additionally, we expect you to have:

• A good knowledge of IT at user level
• A background and/or interest in teaching
• Proficiency in German and English at the teaching level, and preferably Danish
• A clean criminal record
