Tyskland konfiskerer skyggeflåde-tankskib

De tyske myndigheder har konfiskeret tankskibet Eventin, der har været tilbageholdt siden januar, skriver nyhedsmagasinet Der Spiegel med henvisning til sikkerhedskilder.

Det det aldrende panamansk-flagede tankskib Eventin, der menes at være en del af den russiske skyggeflåde, blev fundet drivende i Østersøen ud for Rügen i januar, ramt af et blackout.

Skibet, der var på vej fra Rusland til Egypten, har været tilbageholdt siden.

Ifølge nyhedsmagasinet  er der nu udstedt en beslaglæggelsesordre for tankskibet, hvilket betyder, at skibet og dets last på omkring 100.000 tons russisk olie til en værdi af ca. 40 mio. euro nu tilfalder Tyskland.

Eventin var inkluderet i EU´s 16. sanktionspakke mod Rusland, der har til formål at øge presset mod skyggeflåden.
